Job Title:	Logistics & Operations Specialist

Description:	Give directions and guidelines to shipping agents about nature of goods and delivery locations, and maintain communication with them to ensure that goods are not damaged on transit Prepare orders, and invoices to be picked up by shipping agents and multi selling hubs Keep records of all shipping activities, documenting procedures, guidelines, and changes in procedures for reference purposes Inspect goods to be delivered to ensure that they are in the right quantity and quality. Supervise the loading of such goods into vehicles for delivery prepare statistics and data entry on excel
Qualifications:	Excellent Microsoft office skills, especially Microsoft Excel. Ability to follow up, tracking and proper reporting is a must for this job. Ability to work under pressure Fluency in English. Flexibility in handling problems and keen attention to detail Bachelor Degree is a must
Salary:	4000 to 4500
