Customer Service Agent – American Company

We are seeking English Customer Service agents for a call center office in New Cairo, Egypt
Must be a Graduate.Salary: 10K to 12K EGP + Bonus
Working hours: 3:00 pm to 12:00 am, weekends are on Saturdays and Sundays.
 

• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media
• Manage incoming calls, and greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
• Select and explain the best solution to solve the customer’s problem
• Respond to the daily emails
• Video calls with our customers to help them out

• Fluency in English is a must. An American Accent is Highly Preferred
• A college degree purely in English is a highly preferred
• Fast typing on Keyboard for responding to emails
• Excellent basic computer skills
• Preferred customer support experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
