Business Development Engineer

-Preparing of technical and financial proposals for clients.

-Working with the internal team on different duties & responsibility in tenders, contracts and clients follow-up. 

-Seeking, preparing and negotiating tenders with respect to scope of work and pricing schedule.

-Participating in the technical aspects of contracts drafting and negotiations, in cooperation with the senior management and clients.

-Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties for visibility, awareness and interpretation.

-Practicing and identifying new prospects to acquire new clients or upgrading CPAS’ qualifications or opening other business opportunities.

-Presenting CAPS’ qualifications to potential clients.

-Working on expansion of CAPS’ profile.

-Maintaining customer relationship and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service.

-Preparing reports and keeping clients records.

-Seeking and coordinating with outsource consultants, upon projects needs.

-Bachelor’s degree in Architectural or Civil engineering is a MUST.

-5 years of experience, in Engineering Consultancy field.

-2 years of experience at least, in Business Development in Engineering Consultancy field.

-Outstanding presentation, negotiation and relationship building skills.

-Strong communication skills.

-Strong problem solving skills.

-Good knowledge of MS Office.

-Fluent written & spoken Arabic & English.
