Business Development Associate

As a Business Development Associate, you will need to ensure consistent sales growth and achievement of targets in the assigned territory by identifying new business opportunities while maintaining existing client and partner relationships.

Job description:

• Identify, contact and build relationships with prospective customers through a combination of telephone cold calls and in-person meetings.

• Generate, close, and follow up on sales and marketing leads.

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.

• Submit pricing and pre-qualification requests according to the client’s requirements.

• Conduct face to face meeting in ASEAN countries to demonstrate the product and meet potential clients.

• Represent PaxeraHealth in local, regional and international events. 

• Willingness to travel to the assigned territory as required.

Qualifications for the role includes:

• BS in business administration, medical technology, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of Experience in the same field.
• Excellent English language.
• Presentable and has good presentation skills.
• Strong sales, people management and communication skills
• Prior sales experience is a plus.

Work Condition:

• Region: ASEAN-Southeast Asian Nations.
• Working days: Monday-Friday. 
• Working hours: Flexible.
• Reporting to: Regional Director.
