| Description: | Monitor and guide Feed mill Factory team members and take immediate actions and decisions to ensure achievement of agreed department objectives Dispatch production schedule on feed mill employees and ensure proper production of feed mixes Check the raw material stock level at each mix and ensure proper update of Stock Report Prepare and send necessary reports and records to the accounting department inclusive of Pre-mix and mixes reports, delivery records, receive records, daily production and other necessary information Ensure proper training and knowledge transfer to team members on all areas of the job Conduct regular checkups for the feed mill machines and ensure application of all necessary preventive maintenance. In case of persisting problems, request external maintenance and follow up on necessary actions Carry out any additional tasks that are required by his direct manager |
| Qualifications: | Bachelor Degree in Agriculture Engineer , or Poultry Science 6+ years experience in the same field Attention to detail Broad thinker, capable of quickly interpreting information and presenting arguments in a clear and reasoned manner Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications |
