Marketing Executive (Luxurios Mall)

• Plan marketing communication strategies to meet our highest priorities and liaise with all members of the campaign team
• Executing marketing studies for the market.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new launches and existing products
• Work with PR agency partner to develop PR and earned opportunities at both national and local levels
• Prepare budgets
• Work with suppliers to execute marketing programs such as advertising materials and exhibitions
• Organizing events and product exhibitions
• Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.
• Monitor and deliver regular reports on market conditions and dynamism as well as competition analysis in light of visits to showrooms
• Design customer satisfaction survey on different market segments
• Analysis of customer satisfaction survey data and develop the KPI’s to be measured through the designed questionnaire.

Job Requirements

• 5 – 8 years’ experience in a related field
• Bachelor degree preferred in Marketing
• Real Estate experience is a must
• Leadership skills 
• Presentation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with strong attention detail
• Familiar with marketing channels and online marketing strategies
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
