Description:
  • Analyze customer warranty claims for validity and take necessary action to satisfy goods warranty policy.
  • Involve other departments, as required, to obtain resolution to warranty claims including.
  • Correct and resubmit rejected claims where it is felt that the claim is valid. 
  • Reporting on claims rejected for which a resubmission is not possible.
  • Proactively investigate overdue claims and discuss issues raised with manufacturer representatives and fellow staff as appropriate.
  • Help ensure that warranty return parts are stored in a safe and secure manner and no present danger to staff.
Qualifications:
  • Bsc Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience 3 to 6 years in authorized service center
  • English Language written and spoken
  • High Computer Skills
  • Analytical Skills Good Communications Skills
  • Good Negotiable Skills
