Description:
  • Prepare specification, pricing & cost analysis for all tasks & BOQs
  • Prepare reports of the actual cost material used in construction compared to the expected one as a cost control
  • Obtain different price offers and coordinate with procurement department
  • Prepare cost estimate for any change order during project process
  • Prepare, submit and deliver construction proposals, tenders, estimate
  • Prepare, submit technical & financial offers for tenders
  • Maintain all necessary database
Qualifications:
  • BSC Degree (Civil / Arch Engineer) Governmental University
  • Relevant Experience 8-10 years
  • Excellent command in CAD, MS office
