We’re looking for Sales Supervisors to be Responsible for, working with direct sales team to ensure effective merchants’ coverage.

• Ensure acquisition in retail & wholesale locations
• Educate agents on the product, leading presentations
• Educate merchants on the product and increase awareness
• Responsible for business growth.
• Responsible for achieve monthly sales target.

We’re looking for someone who has the Below. 

• 2 – 4 years’ experience in sales of FMCG products, preferably in direct distribution channel.
• Excellent Sales track record.
• Presentation+ Negotiation skills with excellent Leadership skills to motivate and lead the team.
• Professional and mature attitude towards resolving problems with a behavior competency to build relationships.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Communication & problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate in MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of the centers & villages of Dakahlia, Gharbia or Sharqia Governorate.
• Ready to build a strong future to himself.
