About the Job

  • Responsible for recruiting , screening , headhunting ,interviewing and placing candidates
  • Reports directly to HR manager
  • Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
  • Scheduling interviews and assisting in interview process
  • Maintaining current HR files and databases
  • Inform applicants about job details such as job descriptions , benefits and conditions
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Qualifications:

Job Requirements:

  • Experience from 2-3 years as HR Recruiter
  • Knowledge of HR system and database
  • Excellent in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
