Description:
  • Manage the branch’s workflow.
  • Reviewing the sales movement and matching it with the cash.
  • Execute the Area Manager’s daily instructions.
  • Maintain the store’s standards to meet the company standards.
  • Supervise & manage employees and workers in-store to make sure they are following their job descriptions.
  • Coach and mentor the store staff through all their daily tasks.
  • Handles customer issues and complaints.
  • Execute the company policies in-store & prepare daily reports (KPI’s) for the administration.
Qualifications:
  • Presentable.
  • Good command of computer skills.
  • Leadership, solution-oriented, and teamwork skills.
  • Able to execute the company policies in-store & prepare daily reports to the administration.
  • Experience in-store management is a plus.
  • Experience in retail KPI’s.
  • Good communication skills to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Well organized.
