Description:	Taager is hiring an Operation Account Manager to join our growing team. Location: Maadi Job Description: Following Up on all the cycle of the Operation with Different teams like”Confirmation Call- Warehouse -Commercial” etc. to Make sure that the orders is Handled properly. Daily reporting and monitoring of all things operations related across the multiple systems and processes. Review marketplace platforms daily to ensure all order communication is properly synced. Collaborate with the Customer Service team to identify and address operational issues communicated by our Merchants.
Qualifications:	Job Requirements: Proven experience 1:3 years in the same role. Experience in E-commerce Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. Ambitious Person Detail oriented Ownership Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment Understanding of website development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing, and internet technology.
Salary:	4000 to 5000
