Description:
  • Initiate, Implement and oversee job scheduling, coordinate requirements for the jobs, complete job files, supervise production, and monitor jobs from start to finish.
  • Manage and assign production crews and jobs according to production plan and company procedures.
  • Conducting daily shift meetings to discuss objectives and relay important information to production associates.
  • Direct material handlers to any part shortages on the process and assist them with line changes.
  • Leading and facilitating corrective action and continuous improvement teams.
  • Meeting daily, or as needed, with other supervisors and management staff to review all production activities.
  • Responsible for team’s accurate and efficient work product through holding team members accountable for tardiness and unexcused attendance.
Qualifications:
  • University Degree in Engineering (Mechanical-Automotive-Industrial)
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in automotive industry.
