Description:
  • Install and configure laptops, software/applications, and integration with Microsoft Active Directory
  • Set up new users’ accounts and profiles. 
  • Install and configure computers, Hard wares, Systems, Networks, Printers, etc. 
  • Support Staff either face to face, over the phone, or remotely for solving problems. 
  • Troubleshooting system network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware & Softwares faults. 
  • Replace PCs/ laptops, printers as required. 
  • Provide support including procedural documentation and relevant reports. 
  • Responding in a timely manner to services, issues, and requests. 
  • Knowledge of servers, devices, antivirus, firewall and call center 
Qualifications:
  • Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networks 
  • Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management. 
  • Very Good Knowledge of system security techniques
  • MCSE Certificate is preferable
  • Proven experience with firewalls & antivirus servers
  • good knowledge of email servers & office 365
