Description:	Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them Reaching the targets and goals Establishing, maintaining, and expanding the company’s customer base Monitoring the needs of existing customers Increasing business opportunities through market research Help in Recruiting and training sales staff Monitoring sales targets for an individual of his team Distributing areas to sales representatives Monitoring the team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets Dealing with some major customer accounts Sharing in Collecting customer feedback Keeping up to date with products and competitors Produce periodically sales report Connecting between his team & other teams in the company
Qualifications:	Bachelor Degree in Engineering. Solid Experience in lighting6-10 years with minimum 3 years as a Sales Manager. Leadership skills. Communication skills. Results oriented. Own a car is must .  Male or Female . Marketing or business study would be preferred .
