AK IT consulting is a software company specializing in Cloud Based Web Solutions from Development to Integration & Customization of NetSuite ERP.

AK IT consulting is looking for a full-time Technical Consultant. We are looking for talented and eager people who could bring innovation and are willing to put substantial time towards learning.

This role will require the candidate to participate in the integration and implementation of NetSuite, ERP.

Technical Experience

• Implementations of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), & ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
• Provides production problem diagnosis and technical support to customer
• Design and implement technology solutions in NetSuite
• Implement and Configure NetSuite Implementations

Responsibilities

• Build and design integration solutions for clients
• Provide focused training to clients in their environment
• Participate in test cases creation, test planning and user acceptance testing session
• Participate in business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with new customers
• Deploy custom built solutions using NetSuite
• Resolve trouble reports
• Create demos and participate in client scoping calls
• Participate and contribute to improvements of software development (products, processes, methods, tools)
• Participate and contribute to design inspection and / or code review
• Create client documentation

Qualifications

• SOAP , Webservices
• Strong coding and scripting experience with CSS, HTML and JavaScript
• Minimum 3 years of developing and consulting Experience
• Software Developer Skills (Knowledge HTML/JAVASCRIPT/CSS)
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills in English to serve the customer at a higher level.
