Description:	Supervise a large number of technicians, organizing their work schedules. Manage and follow up on the installation, manufacturing, maintenance and calibration of electrical equipment and machines. Execute the energy plan and make reports about energy consumption. Prepare specifications for purchases of electrical materials and equipment. Monitor and control maintenance and energy purpose costs. Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs. Test systems and installations, and analyze data. Establish and maintain strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders, design team, authorities, utilities and associated organizations. Ensure compliance with electrical and construction safety regulations. Observe facilities to evaluate and improve the quality and efficiency of electrical systems. Supervise and lead engineers who design machinery. Plan and develop civil projects. Direct and coordinate production, operations, testing, or maintenance in industrial plants. Prepare budgets, bids, and contracts.
Qualifications:	Bachelor degree in the Engineering field. Fluency in English – spoken and written. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and databases. Solid knowledge of DCS/PLC based systems, drives and soft starters. Knowledge of Profibus and Modbus communication basics. Excellent communication and time management skills. Strong budgeting, decision making and problem solving skills. Very good people-management skills. Preferably 6th of October resident or nearby areas.
