Description:	Designing the procedures & monitoring the schedules for doing the preventative maintenance to keep all the machines running with high performance. Training the operators on the right methods for the optimal operation. Managing the purchasing requests belong to the needed spare parts with internationals companies & following the stock in the stores to keep the equipment running. Finding faults, Troubleshoots, Correct the Equipment stoppage and making solutions for the mechanical breakdowns. Supervising the complete operation process (Harvesting, Raking, Baling, Extracting and Loading). Execute assigned personal objectives with limited direct guidance and supervision. Analytically and problem solving skills, Attitude to practical work with a dynamic approach. Assumes responsibility for cost, schedule, and quantity and budget control. Ensures effective communications among other engineering disciplines. Ensures effective management of change
Qualifications:	More than 7 years’ experience in heavy agriculture machinery. B.Sc. Minimum in Agricultural sciences – agricultural machinery. Methodologies: Field experience. Management skills, Communication skills. Vast experience in farm management, budgeting, monitoring field operations, inventory of inputs needed, spare parts…etc. Project Management, leadership skill, innovation. Working with multinational comp. able to communicate with different nationalities & different languages.
