Finance Manager

ROLE OUTLINE:

• Reporting to Head of Commercial Finance, the Financial Business Partner (FBP) Manager will work closely with the management and commercial team to increase a company’s efficiency and profitability by assisting with the formulation of both the medium and long-term financial plan.

Duties & Responsibilities :

Duties will include, but are not limited to: 

• Building and managing a team of Financial and Business Analysts
• Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business’s medium to long term financial and strategic plan
• Work with the Commercial head to build annual budgets and forecasts
• Review commercial plans and recommend adjustments to help the company perform better.
• Analyse financial results to better understand company performance
• Communicate to management the reasons behind the department performance and results
• Work on competitor analysis and market trends and associated commentary to the Leadership team
• Review existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement
• Utilize BI tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance
• Provide insights to senior management around financial modelling, forecasts and profitability

• 6-7 years of experience
• Has great experience in leading a team
• Experience in Financial Analysis, Planning and budgeting 
• CMA/ CFA is a plus
• Experience in FMCG is preferable
