Retail Acquisition Excutives

We are seeking a skilled Retail Acquisition Executive / Account Manager to be responsible for developing the Merchant database using various sales methodologies. You will perform assessments and risk analysis to identify potential segments & key players, to primary achieve the company goals & to increase profitability. We will expect you to gather and analyze data, create profiling, and prepare pipelines that will help in the acquisition plan. 

• Execute Retailers’ Acquisition Strategy for Large & Medium Size Merchants.
• Manage the lead to live process.
• Develop & Retain the Retailers cashiers / Sales engagement.
• Ensuring acquisition process operating perfectly with high conversion rate.
• Manage Retailers Representatives Training for Systems & Apps.
• Grow the number of daily approved loans with maximum transaction value.
• Acquire and incubate key target Retailers, in line with our long-term partnership.
• Implement campaigns and initiatives for new Retailers to boost their performance.
• Plan to acquire Retailers to insure an aggressive growth.
• Explain the benefits of being partners & highlight our value proposition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or another related field
• Min. of Three years of Sales experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Fintech related applications
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Target oriented with achievers’ attitude
• Past Experience at least in these fields:
