Description:
  1. Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization
  2. Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes
  3. Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues
  4. Monitor servers performance and resources utilization
  5. Perform failover procedures to ensure the services are highly available
  6. Implement and monitor the capacity and storage planning to take corrective actions when needed and predict future needs and update the direct manager. 
  7. Fine-tune all the database storage to ensure the proper performance of the database.  
  8. Provide and maintain documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure.
  9. Analyze and monitor server security and implement patches and fixes to address potential security holes. 
Qualifications:
  1. • MCSA certified or equivalent knowledge
  2. • Solid understanding of hypervisor environment especially Hyper-V
  3. • Experience in maintaining Active Directory and creating GPO
  4. • Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management
  5. • Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
  6. • Ability to create scripts in any language
  7. • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms (Linux, Apple OS, Android)
  8. • Experience with the office 365 platform is a
