Description:

1) Recruitment:

– Handling the recruitment cycle, starting from receiving the hiring request form, identifying the right recruitment channel.

– Screening CVs in database, website, received as a result of publishing advertisement or website search etc…

– Conducting Phone interviews and face to face interviews with shortlisted candidates.

– Coordinating for interviews with the relevant department Directors/heads.

– Preparing and conducting all related interviews reports and receiving feedback on the short-listed CVs.

– Getting the approval of the selected candidates on the job offer and coordinating the final interviews with the Executive office.

– Conducting new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.

– Maintaining an updated list of participant placements and potential job opportunities to ensure effective and fast recruiting of AmCham vacant positions.

2) Personnel:

– Preparing HR letters.

– Ensuring all employment files related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating are completed and processed.

– Reviewing & periodically updating all employee documents.

– Responsible for the medical disclosure of employees and finalize of health insurance procedures.

– Managing and updating the HR System.

3) General Tasks:

– Being a focal point between AmCham and Social insurance, Medical insurance office and QNB bank.

– Responsible for all HR administrative Tasks.

– Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.

– Arranging and assisting in handling employees’ engagement activities such as surveys, staff retreats, gatherings and outings.

– Performing any other duties as required by management to meet the business needs.

Qualifications:

– University Degree in Business Administration (Or any equivalent field) is required.

– HR Certification/Diploma is a plus.

– 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources.

– People oriented and results driven.

– Solid understanding of labor legislation.

– Familiarity with end-to-end recruiting process.

– Excellent verbal and written ccommand of English.
