Description:	To plan and execute production as per the validated parameters. Hands on injection mold and blow mold experience. Experience with processing parameter set up and mold qualification Rapid changeover experience To take care of the entire process and to achieve the target. To monitor the process trend rates based on the online inspection reports and initiate corrective actions. To prepare Daily, weekly & monthly reports and submit the same to the General Manager. To ensure the effective machine utilization and resources available. Communicates raw materials shortage with Management To coordinate with managerial departments for smooth functioning of the plant and machinery. Ensuring that productivity, quality, delivery and scrap objectives are accomplished. To ensure the process solutions and intermediate solutions as per need. Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment. To continuously monitor and identify potential non-conformances in the process and take corrective and preventive action to eliminate quality defects. To perform cost reduction in production related activities. To ensure proper training is provided to the team periodically. To perform defect analysis and initiate corrective and preventive action. To perform a new machine & mold testing and commissioning. Ensuring the accomplishment of house-keeping and 5S within the area. To analyze customer complaints and ensure CAPA implemented. To implement, zero defect culture on floor assessing project and resource requirements estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers selecting, ordering and purchasing materials To prepare the production process, coordinating all productio activities and operations including: plan and draw up a production schedule decide on and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate set the quality standards monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programms organize the repair of any damaged equipment to be involved in liaising with different departments, teams and companies, e.g. suppliers, managers. ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met work with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals collate and analyse data, putting together production reports for factory managers supervise and motivate a team of workers review worker performance and identify training needs. To be involved in the pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage. A large part of the job is dealing with people and resource management.
