Description:
  • Review tender scope of work against company capabilities 
  • Prepare list of outsourcing requirements.
  • Prepare RFQs for material and services and coordinate with Supply chain departments for offers.
  • Prepare offer index & submission requirements in coordination with proposal coordinator.
  • Acquire & review technical submissions from supporting departments.
  • Assist in technical offer preparation & ensure all client requirements are included ,where applicable.
  • Assist in preparing budget comparison sheets for different material and services.
  • Respond to client clarifications during bid evaluation.
  • Assist as part of the project task force after awarding.
Qualifications:
  • BSc. Engineering.
  • 3-5 Years’ experience in similar position.
  • Proficient in AUTOCAD Software.
  • Knowledge of PRIMAVERA Software.
  • Knowledge of MS Project Software.
  • construction/oil & gas experience is a must.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft office package.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized
