Senior IT Specialist

·  Responsible for maintaining infrastructure (WIFI, Switches, and Connectivity).

·  Provides servers maintenance, troubleshooting and installation.

·  Responsible for the Implementation of any IT system.

·  Monitors daily operations, including server hardware, software and operating systems.

·  Ensures security of data, network access and backup systems.

·  Select and purchase new and replacement hardware and software when needed.

· Ensuring backup systems operate effectively.

· Ensuring the security of data from internal and external attacking.

· Ensuring that software licensing laws are adhered to.

·  Evaluating users’ needs and system functionality and ensuring that IT facilities meet these needs.

·  Ensuring the smooth running of all IT systems and databases ( Anti-Virus,WSUS,ERP Domain,POS…..etc.

·  Running regular checks on network and data security

·  Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems

·  Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization

·  Conducting regular system audits

·  Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems

·  Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.

·  BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field.

·  Attention to detail

·  Proven ability to solve problems creatively.

·  CCTV system & access control system.

·  IP phone servers.

·  Backup Servers knowledge.
