Description:	Managing and following up of all projects site activities both offshore and onshore. Reporting to the project manager and executing the required assignments. Placing and following up of site related purchase orders on ERP system and following up with the delivery. Interfacing and liaising with clients , subcontractors , third parties and projects supporting functions ( logistics , admin ,..etc). Preparation of all site related documents ( DPS, statement of work , site memos ,…etc) and ensuring that they are signed on daily basis. Following up with project management team ( planning , tech office ,..etc) for ongoing and anticipated tasks in addition to submittals following up , shop drawings preparation and progress monitoring. Preparing of subcontractors and different resources timesheets. Time keeping for all site personnel. Ensuring that all project activities are performed in conjunction with approved work procedures and engineering outcomes. Monitoring of fabrication activities in workshops and manufacturing / testing processes in vendors’ premises. Perform site visits related to tendering phase in addition to assisting in office duties based on work load.
Qualifications:	Bachelor Degree in Engineering ( Preferably Mechanical ). 7-10 Years’ experience in similar position (offshore). Males Only. Proficient in AUTOCAD Software. Knowledge of PRIMAVERA and MS Project Software. PMP is a plus. Excellent command of English language. Excellent command of Microsoft office package. Excellent communication skills. Highly organized. Leadership Skills. Team Player.
