| Description: | · To ensure that work inspections are coordinated and carried out to specified requirements. To act independently to ensure that the quality objectives are met.· To review the Quality Plan periodically, in consultation with Construction / Project Manager and issue necessary addendums.· In-charge of site coordination related to site inspection activities with all trade sub-contractors.· Attending QC inspection tours and system walk down inspections. Interfacing and coordinating work inspection with other discipline prior for the next construction job.· Prepare non-conformance reports to the QA/QC manager and assist in developing corrective actions.· Following up inspection comments to confirm that they addressed, responses are completed and compliance with the contract documents.· Maintaining daily inspection record and summary.· Responsible for planning and preparing the QA/QC plans for the factory and projects sites.· Running the QHSE system under the guidance of the MR.· Ensuring that all material and products are being used from the approved sources and as per the latest issued and approved documents.· A very high commitment to QHSE and other locally required standards.· To prepare Method Statements, inspection check lists and test plans etc. for various activities.· Recommend improvements to departmental procedure and direct the implementation of instructions and controls so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service. |
