Description:	Coordinates with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. Meets with project team members to identify and resolve issues. Submits project deliverables and ensures that they adhere to quality standards. Prepares status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information. Establishes effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution. Facilitates change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget. Coordinates the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process. Identifies and develops new opportunities with contractors to maintain acceptance of project deliverables. Conducts post-project evaluation and identifies successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Qualifications:	Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. 10-15 years of MEP experience in a contractor company or a real-estate developer. Exposure to electrical networks, HVAC, and FF. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
