Pharmacy Chain Specialist – OTC

Job Purpose:

Ensure the DKT’s OTC portfolio is available at assigned Chain of Pharmacy and implementing marketing strategy of the products at customers’ level.

A. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Regularly visit a list of pharmacies in the territory and promote the products
• Ensure products are available and well displayed
• Negotiate and cut sales deals with concerned chains of responsibility
• Follow Up Cash collection in liaising with Finance Team
• Follow up sales at pharmacies of specific territory and sharing the feedback with the Medical Team to agree action plans
• Develop sustainable partnerships with pharmacy personnel (Pharmacist, Pharmacist Assistant, Telesales, etc)
• Cut deals and orders directing customers for the best way of executions
• Report their activities in line with agreed KPI’s and fulfil them
• Participate in Health Days and Point of Sales Activities (POS) as agreed with the Line Management
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule sales effort
• Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status

• Level of Education: Relevant high degree
• Experience: Experience working with chains in sound firms preferably of Pharmaceutical/FMCG/Retail/OTC business
