Etisalat UAE is looking for call center representatives to join its family for collection & retention account.

The caliber will be responsible for :

• Handle customer cancelation queries.
• Retain customer’s experience through giving them offers & promotions.
• Take the customer’s experience to the next by & reaching there satisfaction. 

Requirements:

• Excellent to fluent English speakers
• Males and females
• Graduates only with clear military status
• Soft & communication skills are a must
• Flexibility with working hours & not having transportation 

Conditions:

• Rotational shifts & days off
• 5 workings days/2days off
• 9 working hours /  1 hour break
• No transportation provided
