Description:
  • Responsible for distribute work orders over Direct, Exclusive, and Authorized service centers.
  • Follow-up for training schedule and recommend training needs for the service centers technicians
  • Audit and Investigate for service centers performance.
  • VOC Customer complain  follow-up
  • Monitoring part forwarding process to service centers
  • Follow-up Back Order analysis
  • Developing needed  countermeasures for ASCs parts claim
  • Improve SVC technical experience
  •  Improve NPS
  • Report to Service Network Manager (RTAT, Reclaim Rate, Incomplete Service Cases, Transfer Orders Status)
Qualifications:
  • Engineering Bachelor’s Degree- Mechanical / Electrical 
  • 2-4 years experience
  • Very Good command of English
  • Planning & Analytical Skills.
  • Leadership Skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
