– Update the job Evaluation, job design, job description.
– Updating recruitment records and produce reports analytics.
– Advertising all vacancies internally and externally through various recruitment media platforms.
– Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
– Source and interviews the potential candidates through different tools.
– Supervise and follow up on the Recruitment process and procedure.
– Dealing with different Collars.
– Create and update an organization Chart 
– Conduct exit interview and prepare exit interview analyses.
– Receive the hiring documents in order to finalize the job offer.
 

– Bachelor’s degree in human resources or law or relevant field.
– 4 – 6 years of experience in the HR department.
– HR certificate.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Decision-making skills.
