Senior Tour Operator – Inbound

We are looking for an Inbound Tour Operations expert, with experience in serving incoming groups and individuals, especially from USA and Europe regions, and who has great enthusiasm for providing quality travel services. You will be responsible for creating travel packages and arrangements for individuals, groups, and businesses. 

• Handling and organizing all groups, individuals and incentives, proposals, and reservations from all over the world (Hotels, Nile cruises, Restaurants, Guides, Cars, Sleeping train, and Air tickets).
• Contacting Tour Operator overseas by phone, and Internet.
• Following up on the daily operations.
• Combining travel, accommodation, and services such as sightseeing arrangements to create holiday packages.
• Prepare promotions to boost sales on itinerary tour packages
• Maintain relationships with key travel and hospitality partners in Egypt

Job Requirements

• Proven working experience as Tour Operator
• Excellent Knowledge of Key Suppliers in Egypt (Hotels/Venues/Transport/Guides)
• Excellent knowledge of traveling software and reservations systems
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Demonstrable ability to handle crises
• Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or relevant field
