  • Overlooking and developing kitchen staff
  • Tuning the day to day orders and creating quotations for requests
  • Overlooking inventory turnover and stock
Qualifications:
  • Experience in operations management, tracking the inventory and managing the staff
  • Experience in hospitality and dealing with the guest
  • Experience in handling the cash register
  • Management experience (3-10 years)
  • Eager to learn and grow
  • Passionate and motivated attitude
