Description:
  • Preparation of the monthly production plans of each factory, according to the sales annual plan.
  • Follow up the factory’s performance on daily and monthly basis and providing the continuous coaching to his team for improving the production performance.
  • Secure the personal safety of all labors to avoid accidents at work.
  • Control all production head count in order to get higher labors productivity.
  • Pushing his team for more cost reduction and continuous improvement.
  • Supervision of the hygienic conditions of each factory of the company’s factories were either workers or machines to identify any obstacles to the movement of production.
  • Working on resolving any products issues coming from the market.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and costing department to follow the cost of any product and work to improve cost.
  • Commitment with policies, systems, procedures and regulations governing the company’s work.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 10:15 years hands-on experience FMCG.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
  • Excellent Effective Communication & Negotiation Skills.
  • Excellent Leadership Skills
  • Formulating and setting goals.
  • Effective planning.
  • Extensive knowledge of labor laws.
