Senior Sales Engineer (Archilight Sister Company for 3Brothers)

-Implementation and application of sales policies and activities to ensure the achievement of the company’s sales and profitability goals.
– Finding new opportunities to increase the company’s sales by communicating with customers and informing them of all that is new.
Professionally introducing the company and presenting products and services to customers that meet their needs.
– Building, developing, and maintaining good relationships with clients.
– Attracting new clients to the company by conducting field visits.
– Conducting field tours to identify new housing projects and communicating with the concerned persons to introduce the company’s services.
– Searching for new bids and projects and coordinating with other departments to submit to them.
– Reviewing and auditing the technical specifications mentioned in the technical offer submitted to contractors, architects, and consultants, and ensuring their conformity with their needs and objectives.
– Presenting sales offers to customers, which include their requirements and quotations.
Closing sales deals with clients with the help of the direct manager
– Coordination with the technical support department to follow up on the implementation of the project and its delivery at the specified times.
– Holding meetings with clients in coordination with the design and presentation department to determine their requirements.
– Conducting field visits to customers to obtain feedback on their level of satisfaction with lighting systems.
-Keeping abreast of developments in new electrical equipment, devices, and systems.
Preparing periodic reports and submitting them to the direct manager
-Determining the types of reports required from subordinates, reviewing and approving them.
Providing guidance, support, and training for employees under his management for the optimal application of the company’s system
-Working on developing work methods to achieve the desired goals with higher efficiency or lower cost
Coordination with other departments within the department to facilitate the completion of work tasks and problem-solving

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
2. At least 5 years of experience in lighting sales.
3. Preferably with supervisory experience.
4. Good Knowledge of lighting systems and units.
5. Must Own a personal car.
6. Lives in the 5th settlement or nearby location
