Description:
  • Studying new tender set of drawings and BOQ
  • Pricing project different BOQ items with detailed price analysis
  • Proposing different suppliers and materials for new projects and tenders
  • Formulating time schedules for new tenders and projects
  • Developing tender complete package and presenting it
  • Reviewing all tender terms and conditions
  • Tendering Experience is a must at least 1 years, Recommended using CANDY Software Supervising the tender team and make sure that the team on track.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor in architecture/civil engineering. (preferable architecture)
  • From 2 to 5 years of previous experience in tendering.
  • Preferable to have site background experience.
  • Experience in residential and commercial projects is a must.
  • Mastering MS Office programs.
  • Strong time management and accuracy skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
