Description:
  • Train the sales force team on using technology tools & systems.
  • Provide second line support for different SFA users (Finance, Sales, Operations, Warehouse… etc.).
  • Troubleshoot system, diagnose and solving HH software problems.
  • Configure and maintain the handheld devices and related equipment.
  • Provide support and training for sales supervisors, territory development managers and sales managers.
  • Communicate with third party to develop printed layout and SFA performance according to business needs.
  • Manage SFA server and DB.
  • Create and manage SFA users and user privileges.
  • Provide sales and finance team with SFA related reports.
  • Create and manage (items and customers) discount plan throw SFA system.
  • Create special and additional sales promotions.
  • Manage and handle master files and integration between ERP (AX 365) and SFA (Sales Buzz)
  • Conduct and issue the different HH Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) reports.
  • Issue monthly HH performance reports and system scorecards.
