Description:
  • Handling clients requests (inside  Egypt )
  • Handling  tailor made requests
  • Making quotations & offers to individual clients and corporate accounts
  • Negotiate with suppliers to get best price
  • Handling hotels booking – cruise – transportation – excursions
  • Following up with the clients during and after their trip through various channels (Calls, emails, social media channels etc.)
  • Well usage of our social media channels in order to respond to clients’ requests
Qualifications:
  • Excellent soft skills
  • Good command of English
  • Excellent dealing with computer ( MS Office ) and search engine
  • Ability to work with team under pressure
  • 1-5 years experience in same field
