WHAT YOU’LL DO Source2Hire offers clients recruitment services which include candidate sourcing, pre screening and short listing. The success of this division will be measured by the ability to quickly deliver shortlisted and relevant candidates to the client. Quickly grasping client requirements with the aim of short listing candidates against client’s required profile Advertising positions, reviewing applications and searching the database for relevant candidates Sourcing, pre- screening and matching candidate profiles with the aim of assessing interest as well as relevancy Managing and communicating effectively with the candidates through the verification cycle, while educating them on the clients’ objectives as well. Creating and documenting candidate profiles to send a shortlist of relevant candidates to the client within the agreed time frame.
Qualifications:	At least 1 year recruitment experience, agency preferred Ability to articulate and understand the specific role requirements Strong time management skills with the ability to generate a pipeline of quality candidates within specific deadlines. Ability to deliver results with little supervision, and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and candidates Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong relationship building skills Organized approach
