Description: JOB OBJECTIVE Maintains and follows up day-to-day audit works of the Internal Audit and to make sure the Auditing works are done on time. Makes sure that company policy and procedures are properly complied with. He has to identify ways to improve processes for finding and eliminating waste and fraud.
Responsibilities
  • Assists the Supervisor in examining financial statements to ensure accuracy, timelines, and compliance with applicable standards and regulations 
  • Helps in inspect account books, statements, ledgers, and accounting systems for efficiency using accepted accounting procedures. 
  • Makes reports on financial operations and make best practices recommendations to made by the Supervisors/Managers 
  • Assists the Supervisors in reviewing and improving on corporate financial operating practices/methods
  • Trouble shoot the financial support related problems/challenges, as needed
  • Arrange the schedule of internal audit of various departments
  • Prepares audit plan for the smooth auditing of financials. 
  • Follows up different activities of the department and prepares periodic reports 
  • Coordinates and monitors various activities related to the monthly, quarterly and Audit works.
  • Keeps up-to-date information about changes in Accounting Standards.
  • Visit the departments as and when required for finalization of auditing works.

  2. Bachelor degree with major in Accounting / Finance.
