Description:
  • Pricing company current and new project according to the market price.
  • Compute sales persons, commissions.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Writing business proposals for payment terms and other issues.
  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements.
  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  • Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Partner with sales teams to create contract – winning proposals of current and prospective clients.
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client’s relationship.
  • Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs. 
  • Calculating recording Brokers’ commissions and all accruals when appropriate.
  • Managing all clients balance and reviewing sales invoices for approval.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance is required.
  • 10 years of professional accounting experience =with relevant real estate experience.
  • Collaboration within a real estate environment is required.
  • ERP User is a must
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skill
