Production Engineer

– Managing resources and arranging workforce to achieve the optimum levels of production
– Setting production plans with demand and safety stock of raw materials and products taken into account 

– Determine duties of labors and operators with experience and physical abilities taken into consideration

-Planning for preventative and repair maintenance strategies
– Developing methods for machine troubleshooting and repairs
– Improving product and service quality by making observations and receiving feedback from customers
– Ensuring plant aspects to meet local and international regulations and renewing certifications when necessary
-Keeping active programs to enhance safe working environment
