ERP Implementer/Technical Support – Accounting Major

Namasoft is hiring an “ERP Application Technical Support Specialist” with the following responsibilities:

• Design reports using visual design tools.
• Helping clients achieve maximum utilization and addresses any issues they may face while run such a product.
• Collaborating with business owners to capture business requirements (remote and in person).
• Setting up & installing products in network environments.
• Manage multiple projects and be able to adapt to changing priorities.

• Bsc of Commerce or equivalent degree.
• Aware of “Accounting Information Systems”.
• Proficiency in MS Word, and Excel.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle is a plus.
• Excellent communications, interpersonal & diplomacy skills.
• Good command in English.
• Ability to work towards strict deadlines.
