Description:	Property Facilities Supervisor. Manage maintenance personnel and ensure that are competent for the duties they perform Audit compliance with health and safety procedures periodically and take appropriate action to correct any deviations Implement regular inspections in all facilities to ensure activities are conducted safely and appropriately. Follow-up planned preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and also corrective maintenance. Maintain daily attendance sheet of maintenance, security, and cleaner’s staff. Forecasting & purchasing the required materials for all facilities for smooth operation and sending inquiries and preparing comparisons and cost analysis. Maintain records for all facilities reports. Monitor performance of service providers ensuring the quality of services provided is as agreed upon in the contracts. Monitor all services contracts & warranties within the premises, ensuring its validity and proposing courses of action when needed. Overseeing property maintenance functions, assuring premises are always maintained in optimal condition. Responsible to look after the Security and Cleaning Services Responsible to ensure the services rendered are good. Responsible ensure the landscaping and gardening services are optimal. Responsible to oversee the functionality and cleanliness of the parking facilities in the property. Responsible to prepare the move-in/out technical reports. Reporting to the Facilities Engineer on a routine basis. Performs other related duties as required or requested. The work duty time is subject to the nature of work/emergency, as required or requested.
Qualifications:	High knowledge of the techniques, methods, and tools of civil and electromechanical issues. High School and technical education. Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to identify the problem and solve it. Ability to communicate with tenets and workers under him. Ability to follow oral or written instructions. Quality of maintenance and services provided. A low number of maintenance complaints. Solving issues in an expeditious manner. Proper follow-up of all maintenance requests.
