Scrum Master

We are looking for a Scrum Master to coordinate and coach our software development team by applying Scrum Master duties include managing timelines, resolving problems, and coaching team members on Agile methodologies. the main goal is to create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints.

Main Description

• Coach team members in Agile frameworks “Azure DevOps is recommended”
• Facilitate internal communication, effective collaboration, and Acts as a Servant Leader
• Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
• Work with product owners and create the backlog, tasks and all agile entities 
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Continually monitor the progress of team members across department boundaries and provide support to engage employees to achieve goals
• Complete monthly status reports and present to upper management
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
• Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it

• Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
• At three two years of experience with exercising Agile methodology
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile and Lean methodologies
• Experience in a scrum master role
• Experience in Mobile development and backend development.
• Familiarity with software development
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (azure , jira.)
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Scrum master certification is a plus
