Description:    Albwardi Engineering Consulting (AEC) is looking for a creative individual to join our team as an Architectural Designer. The responsibilities of the Architectural Designer include meeting and presenting with clients, creating drawings, designs and layouts, and complying with building codes and design regulations inside the Kingdom. To be successful as an Architect Designer, you should have excellent technical skills and be proficient in all computer-aided design (CAD) and design software’s (3D max, Rivet, Sketchup, VRAY, Adobe Photoshop, etc.). You should possess excellent communication and customer service skills, and should have the creativity to shape innovative and unique designs. ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER RESPONSIBILITIES 
  1. Meeting with clients to discuss the design requirements for new constructions (all kind of commercial and residential projects, compounds, private villas, landscape, alterations or repairs).
  2. Providing clients with suitable design recommendations based on factors such as budget, the building site and recent trends.
  3. Using all CAD software needed and manual drawing techniques to produce architectural plans for management and client approval.
  4. Reworking and modifying designs based on comments and reviews from management and clients.
  5. Providing management with architect specifications for construction.
  6. Conducting research and attending workshops and conferences to remain up-to-date with the latest design trends.
  7. Ensuring that all layouts and blueprints are compliant with industry codes and legal standards.
