Description:
  • Oversees and monitor daily and monthly computer operating systems.
  • Design, implement and ensure efficient maintenance and ensure compliance to all disaster recovery plans.
  • Assist technical staff to check and ensure resolution of all issues to achieve all objectives.
  • Oversees backup of information and data to ensure recovery in event of system breakdown.
  • Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal and company guidelines.
  • Oversee data and system security operations.
  • Manage installations, upgrades and configurations of hardware and software.
  • Determine availability of systems and IT network application process.
  • Prepare and review all Service Level and Operation Metrics and KPI scorecards for service delivery.
  • Contribute in internal audits to verify the security and efficiency of an organization’s network
  • Negotiate with outsourcers, vendors and contractors for technology-specific products and services secure.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • CCNA, RHCE Certifications are desirable.
  • A minimum 10 years’ experience in a combination of systems administration, Service desk, networking, security and technology jobs.
  • Excellent understand the fundamentals of security, data storage, hardware, software, networking and IT management frameworks.
  • Experience with system installation, configuration and analysis.
  • Knowledge of data protection operations and legislation.
  • Good understanding of ITIL practices.
