| Description: | This Position will be supporting the Retail Team to develop the architectural and interior design concepts that reflects the Brand identity and enhance the showrooms Visual standards and Image as per the Brand CI. • Understand and execute the Safat Home design concept (CI) in detail with particular regard to: branding and business needs; merchandise requirement; store planning; concept story; construction details.• Design creative & innovative concepts that meet both the business and customer needs.• Develop store design proposals to maximize retail potential of stores through flexibility and space productivity, whilst ensuring strong brand presentation and design.• Create complete Design technical drawing sets for both new construction and renovation projects.• Manage and maintain brand consistency, visual standards, and architectural identity.• Maintain a current, accurate, and up-to-date project file. Both drawings and all correspondence.• Work with Buying Team on coordinated looks/trends through the process as required sharing trends to build strong cross category looks and lifestyles for the customer.• Work closely with project manager/ external contractors to help create and execute the design concept/project.• Report about the distribution of articles available across all showrooms on monthly basis to the management.• Travel as required (store visits, market visits, site meetings). |
