  • Preparation of innovative and creative cuisine of the highest quality, presentation and flavour for the dining rooms, banquets.
  • Menu development and maintaining updated and accurate costing of all dishes prepared.
  • Coordinates with the purchase department for acquisition of needed goods and services.
  • Ensure proper purchasing, receiving and food storage standards in the kitchen.
  • Review weekly and monthly schedules to meet forecast and budget.
